To open an account at bigwinlive, you must meet a few basic eligibility requirements. We enforce these strictly — not just for legal reasons, but for the safety of our members.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. bigwinlive does not approve accounts for minors.
• Only one account per person is permitted. You may not open multiple accounts using the same NID, mobile number, or payment method.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Registering with false details may result in your account being closed at a later stage.
• If you already have an account in your name, registering on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• bigwinlive may request your NID, passport, or a selfie at any time for identity verification. Failure to verify may result in account restrictions.

Keeping your account password and login details completely confidential is your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to use your account or selling your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bigwinlive support immediately.

Bigwinlive aims to keep deposits and withdrawals as simple and fast as possible. However, certain rules apply to all members.

• At the time of withdrawal, your account must hold sufficient real money balance (not bonus balance).
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit — this rule is in place to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawals may be held up if account verification is incomplete. It is best to get your verification done in advance.
• bigwinlive reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any suspicious transactions.

One important thing to note — bonus balance and real balance are separate. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Once rollover requirements are met, the bonus converts to real funds. bigwinlive's wallet displays both separately, so there should be no confusion.

Bigwinlive's bonus offers are designed to give members more ways to play. Each bonus has its own terms — follow them and you'll get the full benefit.

• The welcome bonus is available once per new account only. If the same person attempts to claim it again by opening a new account, both accounts will be closed.
• If the rollover requirement is not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus will be forfeited — keep playing before the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses with conflicting terms cannot be active at the same time.
• Your bonus balance will not be credited if you have not made a deposit before claiming a bonus. Make sure to follow the correct order.
• bigwinlive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already claimed will not be affected.

Cashback bonuses work a little differently — there are no rollover requirements attached. Your weekly cashback is credited automatically every Monday morning; no need to claim it manually. bigwinlive calculates weekly cashback based on net losses, so if you had a winning week, no cashback is awarded.

There are some fundamental rules to follow when placing bets at bigwinlive. These apply equally to all members and are in place to ensure a fair betting environment.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — so review everything carefully before placing your bet.
• bigwinlive reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. In the event of a void, the full stake is returned.
• Obvious typing errors or technical mistakes in odds qualify as a "manifest error" and the bet may be voided.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple accounts to exploit bonuses through arbitrage is strictly prohibited.
• If a match is cancelled or only partially completed, bets will be settled in accordance with bigwinlive's specific settlement rules.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

Bigwinlive strictly prohibits certain activities in order to maintain a fair and secure platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or using another family member's details.
• Operating an account using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Placing artificial or circular bets to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bigwinlive system or software.

You can close your bigwinlive account at any time. Equally, bigwinlive reserves the right to suspend or close an account under certain circumstances.

• To close your account, contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.
• Under our responsible gaming policy, you can take a temporary break (7 days to 6 months) — you will not be able to log in during this period.
• If you wish to dispute the outcome of a bet, please contact support within 30 days.
• In the event of a dispute, bigwinlive's betting history and server records serve as the definitive evidence.
• Bonus balances on accounts closed for violations will not be refunded. Any real money balance will be reviewed and handled separately.

Bigwinlive strives to deliver the best possible service. However, certain situations may arise beyond the company's control, and liability is limited accordingly.

• bigwinlive is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, internet outages, or problems with third-party payment providers.
• All betting decisions are entirely your own — bigwinlive does not guarantee the outcome of any bet.
• Members will be notified in advance if the platform is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or upgrades.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will proceed to mediation.

Bigwinlive may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification in advance.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with updated terms, you may withdraw your balance before closing your account.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page shows when the most recent changes were made.
